Refund policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must have shipped within the last 30 days and be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. 

To return an item, contact us at Blankiegram51@gmail.com. After approval, a return label will be emailed to you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Purchase refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days after receiving the return.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement item send us an email at Blankiegram51@gmail.com.
Please include the reason for the exchange and your contact information along with your shipping address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
